Please plan to join us for an informative and exciting training program geared towards all current and aspiring precinct committeemen. The morning will start with a breakfast buffet followed by “classroom” training on door-to-door and phone banking techniques.
After completion of the classroom training, attendees will have the opportunity to work in smaller groups with experienced team leaders and take part in a short field training exercise of a nearby precinct. This will aid in building confidence and answering “on-the-job” questions.
The goal is to make the walking experience fun and rewarding.
Our special guest trainer is Demetra Demonte.
Demetra is the Republican National Committeewoman from Illinois. She has served as the Secretary of the RNC and currently serves on the Rules Committee. She trains Republican committeemen all over the country and was recently asked to co-chair Trump/Pence for Illinois.
