BREAKING: Appellate court rules against Emanuel N/A Ballots are being printed without Emanuel's name. Early voting starts on Monday. Emanuel had to file an emergency request with the Illinois Supreme Court. The appellate court did not recommend expedited hearing. It will take a couple days just for Emanuel to find out if the Illinois Supreme Court will take the case.
